DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DAMAGES
The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)
we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless they are faulty (defective or damaged). To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within 14 calendar days. Our team contact you for refunds.
For Online Payment Orders: A convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund / exchange value of the order.
For COD orders: A convenience fee of Rs 150/- will be deducted from the refund / exchange value of the order.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
